help with calorie count for cutting

I have done my research and am going to try a 35/45/20 macro split. I can't get consistant calorie counts though. I will be weight lifting for 45 minutes per day/4 days per week and running 5 days per week. I have gotten everything from 2000 cal/day to 4000 cal/day.

26 years old
195 lbs
currently 16% bf

any advice?

I'd like to know this too. I'm around your size. 5'9, 200pounds, 16% bf. I started my cutting diet/workout already and it looks like this:

Calories 2600
Protein 260
Carbs 220
Fats 40

I've been lifting 4 days per week but only for 20minutes but high intensity and then go straight to the treadmill/eliptical for 30minutes. Am I on the right track?

Let say ur ideal calorie per DAY = 3000 kcal

So, for a WEEK = 21,000 kcal.

I guess weekly basis, ur calorie intake is not that far from 21,000 kcal.

I get consistent weekly calorie!
