Day 1
So far this has been a tough day. I got home from work last night and my wife had just cooked a batch of delicious looking brownies. I did not partake. I woke up late this morning and had to run out the door to get to school. no time for breakfast. grabbed an apple and some peanuts. I really need to do some shopping to have things on hand for these occasions. After class I hit the gym.
Workout: Shoulders
Military press - 8,6,4
Lateral Raises - 10,8,6
Front BB Raises - 8,6,4
Reverse flye - 8,6,4
everything was done with a 2/1/2 count. I went heavier than normal and felt good. finished off with 15 minutes on the treadmill. need to get that to 30.
Went home and had a protein shake.
Now I'm sitting at work and hungry as hell. Ate a few organic corn chips with fresh salsa to get me by until lunch. Currently craving sugar!
