Hey guys...I am trying to bulk up for the next 2 months. My goal is to make a drastic change in size and weight. The only problem is, is that I unfortunatly can not afford to use supplements. 150g of protein a day is what I am hoping on getting, which is more than double of what I currently take. Any good tips or ideas would be a load of help. Also if you know of a cheap alternative to getting large amounts of protein please share.
