    Protein sources other than supplements

    Hey guys...I am trying to bulk up for the next 2 months. My goal is to make a drastic change in size and weight. The only problem is, is that I unfortunatly can not afford to use supplements. 150g of protein a day is what I am hoping on getting, which is more than double of what I currently take. Any good tips or ideas would be a load of help. Also if you know of a cheap alternative to getting large amounts of protein please share.

    Tuna, salmon, tilapia, pork, ground meat, chicken, steak, spinach, eggs, greek yogurt, peanut butter. How often a week do you lift? Are you taking any supps what so ever? multi-vit? protein shake?

    Spinach thats interesting...I didn't know it has good protein. And I lift about 5-6 days a week and I do not take any supplements at all.

    i would look into bulk whey protein...find a flavor you like and get a 10lbs tub. It would be much cheaper than going out and buying meats and other proteins all the time you can probably get 10lbs for 60-80$
