need help with 5-6 day split training regiment..
I am currently working out 5-6 days a week and I'm consistent but I need something different and something more solid to follow and really have a plan of attack!
I'm 5'8" and about 175lbs...I already know I need to increase my cardio workouts.
I will pretty much do any type of exercise...I try to be creative and incorporate a lot of stabilization, balance, posture and core work. (Using the BOSU ball doing a ton of different exercises, one leg balance while doing bicep curls, upright row, squats, etc) I include a lot of Push/Pull in everything.
Love plyometrics, or any HIIT programs!
I also need to clean up my eating....its not terrible but I need to be more consistent with it.
Let me know if you can assist in getting me on a solid training regiment! Any help is much appreciated!!
