Rant...how is this fair!
ok, so i work out 5-6 days a week, eat clean eating 5-6 meals a day and work my ass off to look good.
my friend is gorgeous, she has never worked out in her life, her diet is awful! she eats chocolate all day and maybe a chicken caesar wrap! she never drinks water and she has the most amazing body i have ever seen! tiny little waist, curvy hips, washboard stomach, not an ounce of fat on her! we joke about the fact it should be me looking like that considering i am always in the gym!
it is soooooo unfair!

Is it fair that you have enough to eat, a place to live, and even internet access while roughly 20% of the world's population is suffering from malnutrition? No offense but I don't believe you will be getting sympathy here. The thing is... it's fine to be frustrated by that but you aren't fat.. you aren't overweight.. so who cares? I'm not gonna say what you want to hear.. simply put, you should be proud by the effort you put in.. and realize you have the foundation and knowledge and determination to stick with your diet and exercise... while your friend with eventually have things catch up to her and will not know what to do. The grass isn't always greener on the other side...

Its just genetics. I guess she is an ectomorph bodytype. If you were a guy I would say don't worry by not being an ectomorph you can put on muscle a lot easier.

The trick is (at least for me in the past) is to fill your depressive holes up with goals. You'll force yourself to keep your head up.
