I wake up in the morning, always looking my leanest then by the end of the day I don't look nearly as lean.
Is this bloat, water weight, am I eating too much? Can you guys relate?

I know you know quite a bit about intermittent fasting, im practicing a 16 hour fast, just to see how it works for me, so obviously im eating larger amounts at one time. Maybe this has something to do with it too? Oh well, this issue sounds pretty common, i guess ill just get over it.

well, eating large amounts of food in a shorter period of time means you literally have more volume of substance in your stomach. This doesn't mean you are getting fatter each day it simply is the result of putting volume in your body. If you were to drink 1 gallon of water and eat 5lbs of celery over the course of a few hours, you would look huge, despite consuming very little in terms of calories. The only alternative would be if your system immediately crapped out everything you ate (which would be much more worrisome-lol).

lowering sodium (if you arent eating out everyday and eating ALOT) wont make much of a difference. Are you bulking? if so thats the nature of the game, if not just dont eat as many carbs if you want to look leaner.
Im bulking and wake up looking nice and lean, until i just added some creatine and now im always bloated, but i really dont care i just want to lift.

You're also taller in the morning, which would probably make you look a little leaner. It's been proven that our spines compress throughout the day. When you lay down for 8 hours, your spine has a chance to decompress. I've tried this myself, and I'm about 1.25 inches taller in the morning than I am before I go to bed.

you def are taller in the morning. you can laugh and not believe it all you want, but its been proven. and i agree about looking so much better in the morning, gives me motivation knowing that if i decide to cut for a week or two then i can look really good all day again as soon as i drop the creatine/water weight.
