Lightbulb optimal cardio and weight training

im not really looking to go into bodybuilding bulks and stuff, i just want to train to get stronger and get my cardio as good as it can be before i start training mma in june.

this is what im thinking about doing, people who actually train tell me what you think.

weight training 5 days a week.

    Monday- chest, tris and shoulders
    Tuesday- back, bis, and forearms
wednsday- legs and a lot of core
    thursday- all upper body
    friday- off
    Saturday- full body circuits
    sunday-off

every day im going to do a hiit cardio circuit before i lift and then run about 3 miles after i lift.

would this get me in good enough shape for mma training, i heard that it's a lot more intense than pretty much any other sport.

From what Ive read from the forums (lurker) is that its best to do either 5x5 or Starting Strength. Im currently on 5x5 and Ive gotten a hell of a lot stronger from when I first started. Also since your only lifting 3 times a week you can add all your conditioning and what not in between

If training for a sport .... do either full-body or upper/lower splits. Bodybuilding splits do nothing for sports ESPECIALLY when that sport is based on weight classes its just going to be non-functional mass and you won't get much stronger. I realize you want to lift 5 times per week but your better off doing full-body 3x per week and cardio like 5x per week.
