1. Learn how to run a business.
2. Start a business
3. Take over other business
4. Own most of the key businesses in country
5. Create private army
6. Take over government.
7. Threaten to blow the place to sh** if people move against me.
8. Create super soldiers-genetic engineering. Give the option to parents of having test-tube babies.
9. Take over world with super-soldiers/test-tubes people.
10. Expand out into solar system/universe.

Cybernetic augmentation is up to you, I'll supply it if people want it. I prefer to go all natural, so retroviral recombination is a definite yes.
