stack (GG/GreenMag/BlueGene/BodyForge)
Putting together a stack. It has been probably a year since I have taken anything but bulk mono, bcaas, etc. Not sure how these supps will/won't work together, possibly be a waste of money. Please give opinions..
Controlled Labs GlycerGrow
Controlled Labs GreenMag
Controlled Labs BlueGene
Neogenix Bodyforge
Please give a critique, or opinion on better solutions, etc. I appreciate all the input, and will rep anyone taking the time to post. Thanks again.

Yes sir.
I also question whether that many supplements will be overkill, and I could get similar results from less.

I think your pretty good with what ya have there, ya might be able to use just a creatine mono for cheaper, but im a fan of the Green Mag (im on it right now) and also I wanted to try blue gene/ will be going on glycergrow when im gettin off stims.
I also suppose your going to be using whey and a multi?

Blue Gene and Bodyforge may be a bit of overkill if you're taking Blue Gene strictly for recovery. I have personally had Bodyforge and the recovery from that alone is excellent. Overall, Bodyforge is a great product and I'd definitely recommend it if you haven't tried it before.

I personally cycle between BG/GG, I can see taking them together as a potent combo but I get great pumps from BG alone.
Add in an intra workout product instead if you want.

BodyForge already has creatine in it, so taking it with GreenMag is redundant.. Other then that the stack looks good.
