It seems to be whenever I start to lift and what not, I always seem to get sick really easy! What am I doing wrong? What could I eat to help me out?

Gyms are usually pretty dirsty and plus your in a confined area with other people who may be sick also. they are touching the weights that you are touching and rubbing your eyes and itching your nose. Thats how germs are spread
