09 with out a doubt. HUUUUUGE for a start. When he walked out i thought f*ck hes gigantic. Condition as good as 01 if not better. Vastly improved back double bi, can actually see some detail there now, and waist looks better. The only things i like better about 01 is the slightly tighter looking waist and the front double bi looks better.
09' without a doubt. He looks sooo much bigger and is probably in even better condition.
You put the waist and maybe the more symmetrical arms from 01' on his 09' body and that would be crazy.

from these... It looks like he is a smudge sharper this year. hard to tell, because it's minimal, but he seems rounder in 01 and a little more shredded in 09.

Well with comparisons and all that and watching the whole webcast I remember thinking "well he's a little better than 09, IMO, cus it's similar conditioning but with being bigger" but if we're going off of JUST these vids, then 09 Jay blows 01 out of the water, IMO.

its true, amazingly it was not that long ago ray was commentating (in 2005) how it was the muscle maturity that was one of ronnie's advantages over him.

x2, and in 2006 he still didn't have that mature look to his muscle and people were sayin "well he's in his 30s, so when's he gonna get it?" well....guess we know now. It was in 2009.

09-better conditioning, bigger, chest in particular better tahn 01, sweet haircut
01- has a little bit of gyno, not as well conditioned, 1996 haircut, upper body dominated by his lower, chest not up to par with 09
09 is better by far, jsut on size alone, not mention everything else.
