    need some help.

I am new here, I need some thoughts on how to get over a slump. I weighed 289, in January,I have dropped over 30 pounds since then, but I am stuck now. I have not lost any wight in two Weeks. I turned my eating to all vegetarian about two months ago. No fatty foods at all, Cal input about 2000 a day. I stationary bike 10 miles each day, and work out doing the training program on the total gym. I just don't know what to do to get the weight loss moving again.

Eat less or burn more. If you're not losing weight, then you're not eating at a deficit. Your calculations could be off on either what you're eating or what you're burning, so you need to either eat less or burn more to continue to lose weight. Calories are calories, whether it's vegan or not.

I do not suggest being a veetarian to lose weight and gain muscle, Plus fat has its place in your diet it is important too. What I would suggest is to kick up the workout about 20% most people under train, not over train, feel the burn.
    Good luck OP

You need some fat in your diet.
Try eating some nuts or avocados.

Also, 2000 calories at your weight and height is probably too low. Try upping the calories by a couple hundred and take it from there.
BTW "About 2000 a day" tells me that you're not tracking properly. Count every calorie religiously. If you're not, there's a good chance that you're consuming more than you think you are.
