It works....
I'm a monster. I'm a maven. I know that I'm changin'. Never gave in. Never gave up. I'm the only thing I'm afraid of... No matter what, YOU will NEVER take that from me... My reign is as far as your eyes can see.

dont waste your money on cell-tech, there are better, cheaper creatines. Even creatine-monohydrate in its simplest form will have the same effect, at a fraction of the price. Dont rely on supplements to be a Miracle muscle builder or something.. your training and especially your diet are still the key factors in progression.

I'm going to give an example of how much money you can save and still get the same results. I went to my supp shop yesterday to buy some Creatine, a large tub of Cell-Tech was something around 60? for 60-80 servings I think? The creatine I bought? 200 servings for 40?, celltech is just normal CM and sugar. You can save a serious amount of money for some proper nutrition by buying normal CM, you'll get the same results.
The 4 pounds gained within the first week? That's water weight, happens to me every time I start back on creatine.

Cell-Tech works but the downsides are
1- it's overpriced
2- completely unnecessary amounts of dextrose (most will argue dextrose isn't necessary at all past the loading stage but combining carbs with my creatine has yielded much better results for me.)
My advice is start off with just creatine monohydrate but if you feel the need to get a carb/creatine combo go with MHP Dark Matter, the only thing that might disappoint you is the taste but the pumps and recovery are the best I've ever experienced.
