Hi. This is my first time here and i am from israel so my english is not so good, I am 14 years old and i realy want to start training with SS workout program but can i start it at my age?
In my gym in israel the trainers don't want teens under 16 to start this workout program.
But I feel that i can, I am training about an year(from 13), when I started my bodyweigh was 103 pounds and now I am 135 pounds, I know this is not much but i was training with stupid workout programs almost whole this year(like 9 sets for biceps XD). Last month i trained with FBW workout that i built and i got realy good progress, my bench now 132 pounds and it was when i started 115. But now I want to step up and start SS, what do you think?
Sorry for all this stupid long story and thanks for reading it.
