Here are a few of mine.

I meet with all my trainees 2 times per week and they are responsible for their cardio another 2 days per week. This is what is possible with proper training methods and a well rounded nutrition plan!

Linda- 45 year old with an interest in fat loss and athleticism.


Blake- 17 year old who wants to achieve beast status.


Jess- 28 year old future figure competitor.


Michelle- 24 year old who purely wants to shrink.


Myself- 28 year old fitness professional displaying the power of a no cardio cut program.


Sam- 15 year old who is genetically gifted and has the potential to be a known bodybuilder. These are the only pics I've got of him right now, but he's sitting at nearly 200 right now and growing by the day.

first upload the image from your computer to a site like imageshack.us or any free image hosting site.

you need to get the link to the actual image. it will be called the 'direct link to image' or something like that.

copy and paste that into your post where you want the picture to be
but you have to type [IMG] before the link, and [/IMG] after the link (without the spaces)

that will embed the actual picture into your post
