Bulking Help
Sorry this is probably the millionth post like this but Im just looking for some advice. Im about 5'7 165 lbs with around 9% body fat. I have a really fast metabolism. Id like to get closer to 175 while adding minimal body fat obviously. I know if Im not gaining weight I need to eat more so Im looking for advice on how to add cals. Right now I have 6 meals a day, 3 of those are weight gainer shakes, about 800 cals each. Im taking in prolly a little over 4000 cals a day and just maintaining. Im pretty much full at every meal I eat, I eat a lot of mixed nuts with my meals to add some fat cals. I eat pretty clean for the most part except for 2 or 3 cheat meals a week. Mainly Id just like some advice on how to add cals. Would I be better off consuming more whole foods even though Id prolly lose cals? Any help would be appreciated.
