Well heres some pics from may to oct... i know i could of done more but i fell down some picked my self up again and got on with it. Now im at possibly my lowest point and need some inspiration.

So theres the progress, and here one thrown in which i like.
First four im not flexing last two i am.
also top pics im 231lbs (25%BF) and newest ones today im 217(18%BF)
EDIT: Also any advise on how to cut quicker please tell me thanks. Im joining the Royal Navy next year so i want to be in the best shape and fitness of my life by then.
