    Incline Shoulder Press?

I keep seeing those youtube videos of people doing shoulder presses with the bench in an incline position. Isnt that incline bench press already?

idk, maybe he calls it a shoulder press because he can't accomplish the full range of motion an incline chest press would entail?

Back of bench should be straight up and down while doing shoulder presses to isolate delts and avoid chest involvment. This guy is doin half ass db press or half ass incline press depending on how you look at it.

That is an incline bench with DBs, not a shoulder press. You can see his pecs tighten as he's pressing.

It's not a completely invalid exercise, people doing it know it is slightly easier than a shoulder press, just another way to hit delts and upper chest.

If you look at the BB.com supersite, this exercise is ment to target traps.

I can see it being different to a incline bench, as his press is further back, ie, more so over his head then over his chest.
