    Hip Flexor iso exercise

Not finding too much info on this... Are there any decent iso exercises for the hip flexor, preferably using either machines or free weights? I guess resistance bands are okay if the exercise is really damn good, but I'd prefer something I can add weight to progressively rather than just doing 34000 reps or something.

My gym doesn't have a multi-hip machine, so that's out... I was thinking about somehow using the leg curl machine to get the job done. Anyone have any bright ideas?

    All what JR said.
Hip flexors tend to get worked with lower abs too.
My hip flexors are so damn over-developped it's crazy...
    I have stretchmarks all-over them.
