Supps on keto
What supplements do you all take that doesn't effect keto?
Does L-Glutamine?
How about L-Tyrosine?
Anyone know?
I stopped taking my vitamin c because they were the chewable ones and were yummy so i was guessing they contain sugar and would boot my ass outta keto.
What do you take?
Apart from whey

I use Vitamin C powder and add some into my shake or any other drink. Even into sugar-free jelly.
Normal supps are fine as long as they don't contain sugar.
I take whey and creatine after workouts, and fish oil, mulit, cal/mag and C in the morning. I keep planning to take ZMA in the evening, but always forget about it.
65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

I do ECA stack, centrum, and a l arginine. I seem to be in keto.

ECA will knock some people out of keto.
I've heard that Glutamine will knock some out of keto too, but I take it every day (5g before workout 5g before bed) and I'm in ketosis.

Why does ECA knock some poeple out and not others? Just curious if anyone knows.

What is it in an ECA that knocks people out of keto because although I'm not on a ECA stack I have taken caffeine/green tea. Is it the caffeine or ephedra?

if it doesn't have carbs it won't kick you out of keto...
take your vitamin C unless on the bottle it says it has sugar in it, or opt for actual pill form of it?
