    Bosta's journey to perfection

    Went from 110 to 225 in highschool (all fat) and hated the way I looked. Took a few comments from my dad to get my ass in gear. Dropped down to 150, but very unhealthily. Starved my self, got hospitalized twice because I wasn't eat and training very hard. As a result, I have bad loose skin on my belly and I'm attempting to fill it out. I did Rippetoe's over the summer of 09 (went from 152 --> 165) and stopped when school started and I'm back at it.

    ***Best workout yet. I just started cutting because I'm going on vacation in the winter holidays (December 25th) and want to look ripped as hell. Just stacked Lipo 6x and wow it's amazing, the energy I had was unbelievable***

    *** Second day taking Lipo 6 and didn't feel it as much as yesterday, maybe because I only did cardio today and not weights. Upping the dose to 2 pills in the morning, 1 before lifting in the afternoon ***
