    Pre-workout meal/shake necessary when taking Sizeon/Intrabolics?

    I'm planning on working out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Is a pre-workout meal/shake recommended while I'm already sipping on Sizeon mixed with Intrabolics during the session? I don't see what's the point anyways. Isn't the purpose of a pre-workout supposed to give you enough energy to carry you through your session. I don't know, I could be wrong.
    What do you morning guys do before and after your workout?

    I personally wouldn't in your situation. You have protein/EAA/carbs during your workout which is what you want in your fasted morning state.

    After workout, you could take a protein shake or have a protein/complex carb meal.

    I usually have 2 scoops of Xtend with some carbs or a scoop and a half of Vendetta as soon as I wake up. If I'm using a pre-workout supp. also, I'll mix it in. Hit the gym about 30 min later and sip on Intrabolic or PW during.

    I ALWAYS A LITTLE SOMETHING LIke a banana,then sip on my Intrabolic/Sizeon during my workouts,then take a whey shake post w/o followed my a good meal 30-45 mintues later
