Can anybody give me any good info on Aplodan?

From what I uderstand it's COP and ALA. I read a review by Des and another article he wrote about COP but that's really all the info I could find on it.

I found a few bottles 10$ a pop so I was wondering if I should jump on it quick.

for 10 bucks give it a whirl. havent heard anything good about aplodan but at $10 i guess its worth a shot.

I liked Aplodan.. I don't know about their claims, but the endurance I got from it was good.. I was moving good amounts of weight for high reps, if I don't fail after 25 reps with 120's on a flat bench, it's a product I'll use again just for that..
