So I got a jug of NO Shotgun. It's really good stuff best I can tell. A question I have though is how should I go about cycling it. It's been a long time since I have taken any creatine supplements and I don't really know much about how I should use them.

No need to cycle. You could take it year round without a problem.
The only thing is the effectiveness of the stims and the NO (Redline) may start to dimish as you build up a tolerance.
