Hello all. I have decided to start a new log as my last one is full of fail. I have had some of the worst training ADD these past few months, and predictably I have not made a great deal of progress. As such I've decided to start doing some Sheiko training for the rest of the year. If I change my mind before then, I give full permission for any member here to find me, and give me a swift kick to the balls.
There are a couple of tweaks I will make in order to better train my weaknesses.
First, I will be doing one bench session a week with close grip benches. This is because my tricep strength is gay, and my arms really, really need to get bigger if my bench is going to go anywhere.
Second, I will be taking in my squat stance a little. Again this is becuase I need to improve my leg strength.
Third, I will have upper back specific day (after day five)
There will be a couple of other minor tweaks, but nothing too crazy.

Didn't do the gm's as I was exhausted (and generally felt like **** today).

Damn! I knew I should have added something to my d-bol/winnie stack.
Mostly, it was difficult to get to the gym everyday.
I also made some thoughts about Bulgarian style training for powerlifting at the end of my last journal here.

I called it here. I felt like utter and complete **** today. This is about as bad as I have ever felt while training. I had a busy day, and I didn't get much sleep yesterday, and I also didn't have my morning coffee before I went to the gym. I guess all of this combined into cocktail of suck for for me.
