Been lifting for 15 years now. I've accomplished all I've wanted to from a stats standpoint.
Have been the 115 lb skinny nerd in high school. Have been the 230 lb 12% bf dude repping 365 on bench for sets of 8-10.
Currently the 205 lb dude that isnt nearly as strong as I used to be but can still put up impressive numbers and run sub 6:30 mile(s)
Finally after 15 CONSISTENT years I have no more motivation. Honestly dont even care anymore. I went 5 days a week minimum for like 6 years straight LMAO strong waste of so much time
Fuk meal prepping
Fuk spending money on supplements
Fuk wasting 2 hours a day x 5,6 days a week in the gym after working a 10 hour day
Think of all that wasted time. For what? To be strong? Cooooool man
Just wanna be healthy now. Girls dont give a fuk about muscles.
Advice to young miscers trying to get some prime poocy. Keep bodyfat low enough for visible abs and hit the gym 45 minutes a day 3 days a week. Try to keep that waist at a 32 and you're set
If you are reading this and are still into getting HUGE AND JACKED cool. Eventually you'll realize it's a waste of time
Edit: to be clear I'm not saying go full dad bod. Gym 3x a week and watch what you eat Sunday through Thursday.
Friday and Saturday go out get yucky and try to get suckled

I agree, I'm not a bad looking guy. Strong 8/10 with my own place and a high paying career. No fraud no e-brag. Always got poocy, getting jacked didnt make things any easier. If anything I have experienced the opposite. I.e girls telling me they are surprised I'm not a "fuk boy" based off my looks. Ended up smashing anyways, but made me think long and hard about wtf is the point

To each his own. Weightlifting got you through and gave you 15 solid years of good health. I do agree though though on gym ratting and being huge all the time. I stopped a few years back and just maint for aesthetics. Going to hit the 3plate club again then stay at 225 and tone. Still young though, we'll see.

It's understandable. Especially for young people still finding their feet in life.
Assuming proper diet, training and recovery; this lifestyle can either affect your personal life or even become it. No activity is healthy if it becomes your sole existence in life.
My advice to anyone in here; enjoy the process. Train hard, meet new people and play hard. Go out and enjoy your life. Compliment your life with lifting, don't substitute it.Tight Head Prop Crew

The threshold for visible abs is typically 10%-12% bf depending on the individual. Are you here to do anything other than try to find me wrong? What's the deal dude? Pissed because you look like you just started lifting in that all important Avi of yours? The fuk outta here if you think I'm a liar, legit no one cares.

Basically when real life hit, lifting is a chore. I go 3 times a week and I only do compounds, maybe throw a few more exercises in but for example today I was in a rush and did squats, bench, rows and left. Usually I lift pretty heavy and those alone give me that "Good workout feeling" however I never had the bodybuilding goal, just weight maintenance and some muscle.
Volume and frequency.. not even once. I am mirrin jacked brahs though, it is true that it's for impressing guys and not women. Here is a graph I find helpful

2 hrs a day 5-6 days a week? Did you feel you needed to spend that much time in the gym to get results? There are tons of programs out there that don't have you in the gym that long. It sounds like you burnt yourself out.
Been lifting for over 34 yrs and had my share of ups and downs but I'm still here.
Do something else you enjoy for a change. The gym will always be there.National Level Competitor (Female BB)

Typically 1 hour of lifting transitioned immediately over to 45-60 minutes of cardio.
I actually got into running outdoors this summer. I might start doing that 5 days a week 60 minutes at a time and hit weights like 3 days a week until the motivation comes back. I began BJJ lessons back in February but kind of tapered off due to work. Should start hitting that again more consistently.
34 years is damn impressive, keep it up !Sig line can't be a novel

You just sound like you burned yourself out by going full gymrat mode for way too long. Most people will get really sick of obsessing over lifting to the point of dedicating 10-12 hours per week to it in 5-6 gym trips (factor in time going to and from the gym also), detailed meal prepping, and supplements.
I was pretty much like that through my early 20's. But I ended up realize how pointless it is to get that into it years ago. Now I go 2-3x per week with roughly 1 hr full body gym sessions supersetting mostly DB's/equipment most people don't want to use (so not getting in the way of people), try not eat like a total fat fuk, and totally gave up on sups. Works just fine this way. I can't squat 5 plates/deadlift 6 like they're toys, but you realize how pointless it is to put your body through that constantly when no one gives a flying fuk through a donut hole about your lifting #'s. Don't live your life based on the unhealthy mentality of miscers with body dysmorphia.
