Rate my bulking diet for skool !!
hey buddies , i jst started skool and I wanna fvkin bulk up..so I re-assesed my diet, here it is:
7:30am - 1cup oatmeal with honey , cottage cheese
10:30am - 2sandwiches cottage cheese or any protein
2:30pm - tuna and 200gm sweet corn with bread , 1tblspn pb
NAP
5:30pm - 1scoop whey , 3weetbix , 1tblspn pb
7:30pm - 5eggs , half cup oatmeal with honey
9:00pm -WORKOUT
PWO - 1scoop whey
10:30pm - 5dried dates , rice with veggies and chicken breast
tell me wat do u think , thank u

First thing most people look for in a diet is calories/macros.
Plug it into fitday or something to get the total calories and P/C/F.
You've obviously got the right idea with the kind of diet structure, just hard to give better feedback without knowing accurate numbers.
Edit: Carbs post workout.
Edit edit: move vegies, good sources of carbs.

K brah will do , plus the last meal is PWO ... I workout, drink my shake in the locker then go home eat

9 hours without food and all you give your body is oats and cheese? you look like you might lack fat in your diet but you look indian so im not going to prescribe you steak. maybe a spoon of olive oil with your bread

in the mrning you lack protein, maybe add sum eggs or a whey protein shake
and before u go to bed try and get in a slow absorbing protein like cottage cheese or milk u really dont need carbs before you go to bed
maybe eat sum peanut butter before bed

Well , 15mins before bed I drink 2cups milk (2hours after the last meal)

you need to put portion size on.. like cottage cheese how many tubs you eat 1/2.. 6 tubs you cant judge a diet without knowing exactly what your eating...
and overall cals would be good cause bulking is all about the amount of cals your eating aswell as what makes up those cals. so get the cals for each meal and give a total as well and we can see if it is good.
