Animal Pump is a great per workout product AND it has a daily need of creatine in it, I recommend that.

    As far as others?
    Multivitamin
    Omega's
    etc.

and eat clean should build ya back up.

Tryin to get huge? or trying to get big with out losing the six pack? or???
How Bad Do You Want It?

    Love me some SuperPump 250

I'd say just start with some creatine mono.

Otherwise, SizeOn and Green Mag are both very good.

    Myofusion Protein
    Creatine Mono
    Fish Oil
    Multivitamin

It's not sexy but it works just as good as more expensive combos IMO.

    This. 100%.

Maybe throw in some Beta Alanine and Caffeine pills and you're set.

Oh, and if you're getting creatine mono make sure it's Creapure.

    Start wth the main thing

Gaining size requires lifting, resting, hydrating, and eating lots of high quality food. Eating right is the main thing... lots of chicken breast, tuna, extra lean beef and good quality carbs.

After that, the supplements that work for me are Creatine, protein (hard to get enough in the diet), NO-Xplode, and glutamine. A good quality meal replacement powder comes in handy if you don't have time to cook something

Food, lots and lots of food. Size on is a good creatine if you want a creatine, but food first. If you need extra calories or just can't eat enough to gain check out Isogainer. It has lots of quality complex carbohydrates, healthy fats and high quality protein sources. I always keep a container just in case I'm in a rush and can't get the calories I need.
