i would like to 'pay it forward' and help 3 people over the age of 30 to lose fat. if you are interested, send me a pm. i can provide general support and general knowledge to help you meet your goals. the reason why im choosing over 30 is because i am 32 and KNOW what it is like to lose weight while juggling other major responsibilities (wife, daughter, full time job, commute, sitting at a desk 8-10yrs a day!)

Okay, so I am 32 years old, 3 kids, a wife, and also a busy schedule. No access to a gym. I have a small weight bench and a set of 25 lb dumbells. HELP!!!!!
