i am very disappointed
So, i quit bodybuilding for couple of months, started with sickness then was busy with work and so, so i didnt work out at all, i went from 8k calories/day to like 250~1000 calories/day and zero protein, except on occassions when mum made alot of beef and grilled chicken, but that doesnt happen everyday.
So, before i was like, 96kg, 16~19% bf at max bloat
now i am 70kg, 12~14% bf ....
so basicly for every x amount of fat i lost, i lost like 5x muscle
i decided to go gym again .. because i miss working out and i am not really happy anymore with myself, before my arms (used to be over 17inch pumped) would attrack attention anywhere, they were like some huge rock balls under my skin, now its some sort of a soft squishy small ball ..
so why am i disappointed, first day today .. chest .. my weakest muscle regarding development (u already know if u read my log before, my chest suck compared to my monster legs and back genetics) so used to do DB presses with 35 kg dumbells easy before .. now .. i barely did 25 for 8 reps.. then i tried 30, did 2 reps, didnt feel heavy tho, but suddenly my hands got shaky at 3rd rep, dumbells dropped on my stomache, was so embaressing. (**** my grip)
i am not sure what to do now .. ignore my pride and start lifting from lower weights or what .. i dont want legs day to ever come cause am 100% sure that i wont be able to squat 420lbs like i used to do before, maybe wont be able to even do 300lbs ..

how long has it been since you started lifting again. your muscles might have just not had the same energy they had 2 months ago because you are eating nothing and after 2 months your stabilizers might be weaker too which would make it harder to do db workouts

Are you retarded? 8k calories a day is insanely way too much. Thats what Michael Phelps eats, and hes in the pool for 12 hours a day
