    The general notion is to play it safe and avoid any ingredients with anti-inflammatory properties. That said, many keep their fish oil, joint supps, etc in the mix during their cycle and still see exceptional results.

    I use high dose of niacin pre workout (for glycogen depletion). One of niacin's MOAs is glucose oxidation during the first 90 minutes post ingestion and then flooding the body with free fatty acids at the 2-3 hour mark.

    Would ArA hinder this or vice versa?

    I'm in for a scientific answer. Though with ArA having such a strong affinity for storage in muscle tissue, I can't imagine any reasonable dose of niacin would interfere in the least.

    Don't know how relevant this is, but I received my blood work today, idk the exact thing my doctor was talking about(I do have my blood work print out) but he told me whatever has to do with imflammation in my body is very low, actually the best in his office. I ran a bottle of advanced this summer.

    Can someone look over my plan, and tell me what scenario would be best? I have looked over this thread many times but just want to be 100% sure. I am going to be taking 4 pills of BioForge (in the AM as directions state) as well.

    -dropping fish oil supplements
    -replacing orange triad with anavite
    -taking 4 pills XFA 30-45 minutes pre-workout (training days only, 5 days/week)
    -LCLT with the XFA at the same time

    Now, here are my questions:

    1. My mid-day meals are lunch at 12pm, then my next "pre-workout" meal is at 4pm. I lift at like 4:30pm so I eat about 1k calories (over 100g carbs too) 30 mins before lifting. The previous page on this thread Coop mentioned to take on an empty stomach OR pre-workout. Well in this case I'll be taking pre-workout and NOT on an empty stomach lol. What should the most optimal meal timing look like in my scenario? Should I adjust my meal time?

    2. I'll be taking Anavite as directed, 3 pills in the AM and 3 in the PM. This will not be taken pre-workout with my XFA. Would it be best to dose it WITH XFA because of the beta alanine?

    3. I believe it takes a few weeks for my BioForge to kick in during my 3 month cycle. Should I wait to take XFA until like I am 1 month in BioForge to get them going at the same time??

    1. I take my XF on an empty stomach, 15 minutes later I have a pro/carb shake, and then I head for the gym

    2. I don't believe BA has any importance with XF. The reason you would want to take Anavite with your XFA is because of the LCLT

    3. Doesn't matter. I am assuming you don't plan on using XFA for 3 months straight?

    1. Sounds good, I hope someone can confirm this is already. Or what if I eat, wait about 15 minutes to take XFA, then head to the gym in about 30 mins?

    2. Got it. I have bulk LCLT so I'll be using 2g of that pre-workout with XFA.

    3. Nope, just 4 pills on training days only for 50 days. Figured I might want to wait the first month (out of 3 total) of BioForge until the effects of that start kicking in so I can get double the effects with XFA at once!

    Def a lot of info on this one. This is the first I've seen AA and so far looks interesting and worth trying. My only question is, do you still take in conjunction with a pre? All I have now is

    white flood/white pump
    orange triad
    ON BCAAs

    Looks like, from what I've read, I can still use what Im using (with mixed discussion on the anti inflammatory properties of orange triad) and ad something like XF to my list. Is that more or less correct?

    OT i usually take around 6am when I wake up. I don't usually go for the second 3 pills and stick to 3 total for the day (vs the 6 they state to take). The XF would be around 430 pm before I go lift at 5pm...

    Many eat 90 min preWO and dose 4-6 caps XF 15-30 min preWO

    Dont overcomplicate it though, XF works well with or without food.
