    Ran this cycle at 6 caps per workout and it was a great run. Finished yesterday and the knee discomfort set in last week. Not bad at all as far as timing went. Back to the fish oil and I'm going to superdose Super Cissus for a few week to take care of the extra inflammation. In previous cycles running at 4 caps I didn't get the knee discomfort.

    Well worth it. next time I will run 3 bottles, 6 caps per workout again. In a couple months

    Absolutely correct. While there's no need to eliminate omega 3s entirely, an abundance will be counterproductive.

    Have you tried E-Pharm Joint Force? I've not yet used it but I've read some great reviews about it as far as "spot reduction" of joint pain/inflammation.

    Yes, ArA is taken pre-workout and multi vitamins shouldn't be dosed within 3-4 hours peri workout. With Cissus, just try and dose away from your workouts.

    Hey dudes, apologies if it's been brought up and subsequently debunked in this thread, but I've read a few rumblings (wish I could remember where) that there would be a synergistic effect between ArA and PA if both were taken together, can anyone comment on this? There seem to be a few articles out there detailing the relationships between them, but chemistry is NOT my thing.

    I believe the synergy you're referring to isn't with PA, but with Soy Lecithin (one of the phospolipids with SL is PA). SL may act as an emulsifier ( la GMS).

    Yep, I remember it involved Lecithin directly but that PA was the active emulsifier within SL, which suggested to me that there'd be some sort of a synergistic effect in the same way that there is with GMS if you just took straight PA.

    is there any difference with the gms and Hydromax? i mean can i use hydromax (65% glycerol) for the ARA run ? for example, hemavo2 (contains 2g of hydromax) and just add some bulk gms to it
    and is it necessary to do 6g? or 3-4g is enough?

    Bulk GMS is actually slightly better suited than the high glycerol variation for emulsification purposes.

    The full 6g of GMS will be much more beneficial than a lower dose, for the purpose of emulsification. For pumps (the reason for their inclusion in the product you mentioned) you can get away with a lower dose.
