Huh? Practically everyone on this forum talks about using carnitine with ArA. Platelets are omniprescent in the bloodstream so...yeah. The title of this thread is maximizing arachidonic acid delivery to skeletal muscle
I PMed you earlier btw

I doubt a few pre-training doses of ArA a week will lead to increased thrombogenicity. The main reason I would add l-carnitine is to improve kinetics.

Re-read the benefits of aspirin mentioned ITT:
1. Blockade of TxA2 formation = vasodilation -> performance enhancement
2. Increased availability of ArA for non-thrombotic endpoints
3. Stimulation of AMPK and overall health benefits
Are the effects of 81mg aspirin significant when it comes to ArA metabolism? Absolutely. You and I both know it's one of the most well-studied drugs in existence

Does it matter as far as timing when you take the aspirin? I know with LCLT you would take at the same time as your ArA dosage and didn't need to use on off days either.

Would it be even better to use low dose aspirin together with LCLT?

ASA is a drug with well documented adverse effects that will most likely yield negligible (if any) benefit when coadministered with ArA. I wouldn't use it due to chronic thrombocytopenia, and I wouldn't make blanket recommendations involving a drug that isn't as benign as you think.

Timing wouldn't be terribly important

Yes, but if you're using LCLT, you're kinda killing 2 birds with one stone and don't really need the aspirin

Every drug on the market has well-documented adverse effects (and for the better). It's the undocumented effects of supplements that should be more concerning to you.
Anyway, I'm not really interested in derailing this thread any further. I sent you a PM before you even posted here making an introduction. Perhaps you never got it

Y u starin m8?
Got some coming in Monday. New to this stuff quick question. I will be taking the ArA pre workout along with PLCAR I also had to switch from OT to Anavite in order to try and stay away from hindering ArA in any way. Anything wrong with LCLT and PLCAR combine(they will be spread out)? I am not very familiar with the forms of carnitine.
No one cared who I was before I put on the calves.

That is exactly how I ran mine. Anavite with PLCAR and OG XF. GlycerGrow too. As far as I know, the only carnitine's you'd not wanna stack are ALCAR and PLCAR (& GPLC?). I guess when used together, each become less effective than when used alone.
