    I have Betaine Nitrate left over from jumping on that B1G1 sale MT had not too long ago. I usually stick with regular NOW TMG tabs, but jumped on that with my last order...

    I guess I'll have to play around with timing that as well. I'll just take the Betaine Nitrate with my morning shake away from my XF dosage if it becomes and issue.

    Im using the two together right now, no reason not to. Pumps are good from the nitrates and ArA, and of course ArA and Betaine are both proven ergogens.

    Question for Cooper or neuron..maybe this is a little derpy but is the Hydromax stuff in PES High Volume good for hydrolyzing ara? I ask because it doesn't appear to have the monostearate and I am not sure if thats the stuff that does the hydrolyzing or whatever. Also would two scoops of High Volume have the necessary amount of glurcerol or should I throw in another scoop of glycergrow or something.
