    Thanks again guys for the replies. I've gone through the thread mutliple times, and each time I've seen 'an answer' that I may not be searching for at the time, but when it is something I try and go back and fish for can never seem to relocate.
    Intra workout supplementation shouldn't interfere with ArA's effects. Exercise will cause a rise in epinephrine and this will inhibit insulin secretion.

    You can dose PA with ArA. The reason a lot of people would prefer Soy Lecithin over PA alone is Soy Lecithin acts as an emulsifying agent for the ArA, plus comes with a host of other benefits (the phospholipids in general).

    I logged these 2 exercises since they are heavier hitters. Just an update on my XF journey.
    How many weeks are you going to run it for?
    You ran it earlier this year to correct? What were the end results of that previous run?
    Like I said in a few other threads I'm 2 weeks in and haven't seen anything major yet, I'll give it more time.
    Seems it hit or miss with folks.

    I buy 3 bottles for a 50 day run (6 pills pre on workout days only)

    The first go around I noticed significant growth in my chest, shoulders, thighs (this was after the 50 days. It was about a 1/2" increase). After 3 weeks roughly that I started noticing a difference. This time I added GG2 to my stack and still take WFR (has some LCLT). As of recent, I changed my BCAA's to BPI Best BCAA and it has a CLA complex in it. (just to give you an idea of what else I'm taking.) Right now Im running certain lifts like this:

    Incline dumbell press: 70 x 12, 80 x 12, 90 x 10, 100 x 8, 110 x 6 (110 is up from me only getting 90 x 5)
    My squat (as of yesterday): 95 x 15 (warmup set), 135 x 12, 185 x 10, 225 x 8, 245 x 6 (245 is the highest I've been ever since I always avoided squats)
    Leg Press: 360 x 12, 450 x 12, 540 x 12, 630 x 10, 720 x 10
    Shoulder Press (machine): 180 x 12, 230 x 12, 270 x 10, 320 x 8

    This are just some of what I saw major improvements in this go around. I'm on my last bottle so this run will be over soon. I also was running a fairly clean diet. This week has been off the wagon though, but didn't see any drop in my workouts....

    So you didn't notice a kick in period until around the 3 week mark?
    Did you notice the DOMS/pumps/fullness before the 3 week mark?
