    Can ursolic acid be taken with ara? I know it has some ai but have not heard anything about not taking it while on ara!

    Absolutely, feel free to go as high as 6, though 4 should suffice quite nicely.

    Unfortunately, we'd be losing money if we did a BOGO on XF/XFA. BB did recently lower their prices on both though!

    I remember reading somewhere that you should up your protein intake while taking XFA as well. I'm trying to tweak my macros to go along with the requirement. I currently weight 179 and am trying a re-composition. The app I use to track my calories only lets you increase/decrease in 5% increments, so it's tough to nail down exact, but one of the settings would call for 221 grams of protein. Does 221 grams of protein sound ok for somebody weighing 179? Does the XFA allow your body to better utilize protein or will it be a waste?

    Interesting. I have been taking the XFA 45 minutes pre and my pre-workout shake 20 minutes before which consists of 1 scoop of White Flood, 1 scoop of Hemavol, 2 scoops of Glycergrow, 1 scoop of Green mag, 1 scoop of LCLT and 1 scoop of D-Aspartic Acid.

    Should I just take all of this together with the XFA? My pre-workout usually starts to get me going in the first 10 minutes, so I don't want to take it 45 minutes before I lift. Do you guys take two separate shakes? How close to my workout can I get away with taking the XFA?

    I really want to get this optimized as much as possible, ha ha

    i dont believe it works by increasing nitrogen retention or protein synthesis

    In interviews Llewellyn has claimed that an increase in protein synthesis is a consequence of supplementing with ArA. I doubt whether one would have to increase their protein intake, though (if you're already getting sufficient protein, then you're already getting sufficient protein).
