You'll thoroughly enjoy it. Bill is the ArA expert and doesnt share the opinions of some of fish oil and ArA. There is a reason Advanced has better user feedback, sells better and has a higher ranking in the BB.com store.

The nice thing about science is that we know for a fact that omega 3s compete for metabolism. So no amount of "opinion" matters in this discussion

Is it optimal? No. But if you're set on using fish oil during your run, that would be the way to do it. It still won't change the fact that the EPA/DHA will displace ArA

I have 4 workouts in, I still have no soreness whatsoever. I take 4 advanced pills pre workout with 2 scoops of glycergrow. I also stopped taking fish oil. Is this normal? I have some nice fullness, but no soreness yet.

really? Good to know. When I ran the original years ago, and took it everyday, the soreness was intense.

Okay, so this is my daily training scenario. I train all 7 days per week and I train first thing each morning. I get up at 4am, have a pre-workout drink at 4:15am, eat my pre-workout meal at 4:30am, and start my lifting at 5am when my gym opens. I know that I train too long and my sessions, including my warm-up and cool down, is over 2 hours. So in everyone's opinion, how should I optimally take XF original?

before you lift, just like everyone else. you eat very close to your workout so that could cause problems

Just take it with your pre, that is what I do (same schedule as you, pre at 4:15am, pre workout meal @ 4:30am, lift at 5am)

I just started my cycle of XFA yesterday. I stopped taking OT, fish and krill oil. What is the latest on joint supplements? I have bad knees from my Airborne days in the military and would like to take a supplement. Which would be the best to take at night before going to bed that would have the least affect on my cycle? I usually workout around noon.

    Glucosamine sulfate
    Chondroitin sulfate
    MSM
    Hyaluronic Acid
    Cissus.

    Thank you....

Dose your preferred joint supplements away from your XFA dose. For example, if you train at night you would take your XFA pre workout, and take your joint support supplements in the morning.

XFA has built in joint protection with the boswellia inclusion.

Arachidonic acid is involved with amplified IGF-1 (Insulin-Like Growth Factor) signaling, the enhancement of satellite cell activation and proliferation, increased regeneration of your body’s muscle cells, increased formation of Nitric Oxide, as well as enhanced androgen receptor synthesis.

Hello everyone. I'm a total noob to lifitng and to supplements but hey weren't we all at once. My question is this: I'm training for Air Force PAST so pretty much have to do cardio (running and both swimming), and get my strength and muscle up. I have a run schedule that calls for a long run every Monday easy 30-40 day tuesday..thursday,sat, sunday, then hard sprint/temp o runs on wednesday and friday. Along with that I'm planning to do Cory Gregory's "Get Swole" which I've heard negative reviews about, but it seems to me as long as I'm doing something and giving it my bestand going hard I can see results.

With that said with I also decided to splurge and get X-Factor Advanced because I heard it's da s***. I'm 146lbs and 5"10 so pretty skinny. What's my best schedule to take the supps and workout. My schedule generally it is easier to go the lifitng/swimming first like in the morning , then running later in the day (that's if I run outside) of course I can do all at the gym but running inside is a little boring.

My question then is what is the best order to do my workouts and take X-Factor.. to maximize the effects of this X-Factor for gaining muscle and weight. I have three workouts essentially RUN..SWIM..LIFT... My thoughts currently are lift first in the morning with 3 pills before...then protein...rest for 1 hr...then take the third an knock out the swimming and running...might even just knock out swimming since that works my arms and chest more..then rest and do the run at night/evening without any xfactor. But all this could be totally wrong. So please help

take them all at once 30-45 min before you lift. if your doing mainly cardio your not going to notice a lot
