    You'll still get all the effects of your 2g GMS (functionally on its own and to intercalate the lipid) 45-60 minutes pre-workout with ArA.

    A half hour is absolutely fine. Keep doing what you're doing. neuron recommends 45-60 minutes pre-workout in the OP, but even immediately before is also fine.

    LCLT is L-carnitine which I'm sure you know. should reduce thrombotic pathways if I'm not mistaken. TTA is used in fat burners and can aid in recomp.

    Pinch, I found my answer...2 g TTA. My remaining question is when should this be dosed?

    LCLT = l-carnitine-l-tartrate
    TTA = tetradecylthioacetic acid

    I don't know if neuron said anything about TTA, but I guess it could be purported here to negatively influence triglyceride delivery to skeletal muscle, therein potentiating, ArA --(LPL)--> skeletal muscle. Not really an issue during exercise, though, regarding lipid metabolism.

    Curious those that have used multiple cyles of XFA...what's the longest you've run it? I know 50 is the 'recommended' and mostly used...but wondering what 75 would do (or has done for those who've done it) as far as gains? and any negatives...?

    I did 2 scoops of Aminocell (which has GMS as part of its proprietary 10.5 g blend profile) all intra today (along with some added AA/BCAA's)....had a very bitter taste, GMS? Anyone have any idea what the approx amt of GMS per serving is by chance?

    I believe neuron said its better to do a high dose short cycle vs a low dose long cycle.

    It should have enough gms... but then again wr dont know

    'high dose short cycle'...you referring to XFA? If yes... I was thinking more along the lines of maintaining recommended dosing...but just extended run...

    Yeah he did, or at least megadosing in the beginning of the cycle then just maintaining ArA levels later on. Kind of like creatine loading, but actually logical

    From what I've read about ecdy, I was thinking they were unrelated too...the only 'red' flags that went up were reading that Mixel (the ecdy guru) stated that ecdy has potent anti-inflammatory properties...and then 'finally' coming across that aspect of it after googling for a little bit...however dacookie had good gains combining the 2...and SwolenOne thinks it'd be a good stack...

    I don't know if neuron said anything about TTA, but I guess it could be purported here to negatively influence triglyceride delivery to skeletal muscle, therein potentiating, ArA --(LPL)--> skeletal muscle. Not really an issue during exercise, though, regarding lipid metabolism.
    Years ago some people ran X-factor with DCP. I'm guessing there are some logs either here or at AM.

    Yeah it with DCP would probably be a good stack of two quality products. With all the talk of avoiding anti-inflammitories, why is it that MN put some in the reformulated XFA? There are some added minerals, but there is also Boswellia resin and Omega-3's?? What was their reasoning behind this? XFA also has gotten better reviews over the original XF which is just pure ArA

    The boswellia and omega-3 is there to basically make sure that the proper inflammatory pathways are stimulated and to reduce/eliminate the presence of side effects.

    Man, could you imagine stacking X-Factor Advanced, DCP, Test-Factor, and Triazole That would be an unstoppable total body recomp. I would not be at all surprised to see people rockin 12 lbs of lean mass while melting 3-4% bodyfat by the end of 50 days.

    So here is my new XFA stack as of today, are the dosages and timings looking ok?

    40 minutes preworkout:

    6g Citrulline Malate
    1.66g TTA
    2.32g GMS
    1g LCLT
    4 XFA Pills
    1 Scoop Ultima + 1 Scoop Pump-bol/6 caps C-Bol

    Also, 2.25g Citrulline Malate will be consumed each morning for a daily total of 8.25g CM.

    Is this stack looking good in terms of optimizing XFA efficacy?

    Finally, I should note that I take 1 cap slin-sane about 2 hours prior to consuming the preworkout concoction listed above.

    Side effects being joint pain? And what do you mean stimulate the inflammitory pathways? I thought they reduce inflammation period?
