Do i really need to go to the gym if my job is very physical

I work for ups and when i leave there i am very sore and feel like i had a 4 hour workout. Well my question is if i still eat right and get plenty of sleep and keep taking the supplements that i do now which is protein and creatine will i not have to go to the gym and lift and rely on my job to get a workout?
Dont judge me for the boy i was yesterday but the man i am today

well I'm guessing its mostly your pulling muscles that get sore so I'd still bench, squat, and military, with some tricep work too, yes

haha!!! yes you still need to workout. i lost a good 20 lbs there when i first started 7 years ago unloading but your body does get immuned & used to any ups warehouse work after 4 to 6 mos. - i even requested to jump back in the unload (pre-load shift) 3 months ago & unloaded for about a month & sweated my ass off but lost only about 5 lbs and that was with 5 hrs straight -- fast unloading 5 days a week. you will gain no muscular tone working at ups. at most you will lose water weight & maybe some fat that will not transform into muscle in anyway - at least that's from my personal experience.

My job is more physical than yours (yes worked @ ups for 1 week) and trust me you'll never get big lifting boxes. You have to go lift hard. Your work will slow up your gains tho because you are not getting enough rest... sucks brah.

Do what I do. Only put 50% effort into work. I do it all the time Save your energy. That way when it comes time to work out, you will not be drained of all your energy. Either that, or work out before work. But YES you need to lift still
