I know everyone will be a little different but does anyone know of a general guideline for the average difference between someone's row weight versus their curl?
I've been able to find similar ratios for like bench vs. overhead... average overhead press being about 50-60% of bench. Also leg press versus squat.
However this ratio doesn't seem to apply here... I'm thinking more like 70-80% so like someone who can curl 100 is doing 150 rows? I know lat strength plays a huge part in this and I'm not trying to over simplify but still curious.
Thoughts?
I just checked mine and I'm at 60%

whatever
I'm not looking for a clear cut answer here or an exact science... I was simply looking for people's personal experience here out of curiosity...
this is why I included the qualifiers "I know everyone will be a little different" and "the lats play a HUGE part"
would it really take you people any more time to just say something like
1. 200
2. 115

so there's a couple more at 50%
looking more like 50-60% so far."I'm Mr. Beast, the big bad Fenris wolf, I'm The-End-of-the-World-Man, wearing the flesh of fallen angels!" - Jack Lupino

I have no idea what I can curl, I haven't curled once this year in a workout.
I do a 45 degree bent over row of 5 reps of 80kg (a touch over my current bodyweight), and can do 15 chinups.
There's no rule of if you can lift this much in this exercise, you can lift that much in some other. I know a guy who can overhead press more than he can bench - why? He likes the overhead press and trains it a lot, he doesn't like bench. And there are zillions of guys who can bench more than they can squat - why? Same reasons.
We can talk about what's good for health and posture, or good for some particular sport, but there aren't really anatomical rules like the OP is proposing.

I BB curl 155 x 8 loose (last time I checked) and according to BB.com, my 1RM would be 163 on rows, and that's loose aswell. I only stopped being a d-bag a few weeks ago and started training back and legs.
