    food instead of shakes.

    is taking protein from shakes, better than taking it from food.

    let me rephrase that. i can get twice my body weight of protein daily with natural food. do i have to take shakes. or theyre not necessary?

    no, protein is protein regardless for source, so yes you can get all your protein from foods, shakes are for convenience
