before and after pics of back help please
Okay I recently started doing deadlifts roughly three months ago. I had some curious questions because I want my back to be cut up.
What exercises do I get to get that muscle between the shoulder blades to really "pop" out ?
What exercises can I do to widen my bicep from the front?
Thanks
Before and after pics here they are
also do you notice any difference? I know I can't pose well :embarassed:

I guess telling you to eat more would probably not make you do it since you said you want a "cut up" look. Well, you've definitely gained some muscle in your back.
I suggest wide grip pull ups for the V-taper, rows for the middle of the back, deadlift(of course, keep doing it), and even some hyperextensions to get a solid lower back. Look up a variety of back exercises on the Supersite part of bb.com. I look at different exercises to do every workout and it's really helping me out. Plus, it has exercises split up into diff spots of the back.

actually I am bulking right now, I just want to hit the RIGHT muscles. I want some good routines for what I want to accomplish, because at the end of this bulk I don't want too look back and say "man I wish I would of changed up and done this instead of that".
My workout routine has been pretty static for awhile. I am eating , but my body doesn't put on muscle fast, but I am gaining. I don't take supplements and I do eat atleast 6 meals a day. If I see I wont have time to eat something, I will force myself to eat whatever is around just so I wont lag in the gym.
I just want that deep thick looking muscle that I see people have in their back. I do not want to be disproportionate such as having wide lats, but no thickness or definition.

Food is the main factor thet will make your back to "pop out". When it comes to exercizes, from my own experience I can tell you that back wont get masive until you get into some serious weights. Bent over barbell rows, dead lifts, that excersizes will break your limits.

well I try to. I eat what my parents get, but I do eat eggs every morning for breakfast, and a turkey sandwhich for lunch. I don't have a ready supply available for chicken breast.

haha not what I wanted to hear, but if thats the truth I guess I just gotta get stronger. I don't even see the bottom of my spinus erector muscle. I have increased my deadlift quite a bit and was like "wtf" why isn't that muscle showing haha.
Also thanks for all the other compliments and I am bulking haha!
