Need personal trainer knowledge with flexability!!

flexibility of your LOWER BACK, these need to include one example from the following categories:
1. self myofacial release
2. static stretching: passive
3. static stretching: active
4. dynamic stretching

Can anyone give me examples I am very stuck on this!

1.Self myofacial release: Is kind of like deep tissue massage (i think) I use a tennis ball or a slightly larger ball for my lower back just sort of rolling around on it. Foam roller for my upper back
2. static stretching: passive
Grab the body part and hold. This is a passive stretch.
3. static stretching: active
Active stretching occurs when you stretch one muscle by actively contracting another one

keep the stretch in motion?achieving a dynamic stretch.
