Not the horrible pain, but the lactic acid build-up pain. I tend to give in too easily with this, and I think that's why i'm not sore the next day, even though i'm completely fatigued. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to train through the pain to gain that muscle? chest and arms never feel sore the next day, it's frustrating...everything else is sore

How to train through pain?
I have a good joke about water retention. But I'm going to hold onto it for now.
