    How to train through pain?

Not the horrible pain, but the lactic acid build-up pain. I tend to give in too easily with this, and I think that's why i'm not sore the next day, even though i'm completely fatigued. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to train through the pain to gain that muscle? chest and arms never feel sore the next day, it's frustrating...everything else is sore
I have a good joke about water retention. But I'm going to hold onto it for now.

Soreness is not an indicator of a good workout, or that muscle growth is taking place. I don't get sore, outside of post deload, and I grow just fine.

I suggest you invest in a beta-alanine supplement, try Isatori H+ Blocker "No Im not a rep" but it really helps with the lactic acid build for me. Check out the logs do some research well worth it 2 weeks of usage you'll be good to go.

Thanks for recommending iSatori's H+Blocker. I do agree that beta-alanine supplements will help. Others include iSatori MORPH, primaforce beta-alanine, and AEN's IntraXcell
