Protein Sucks?
it doesn't really suck...
i took an online health class a couple eyars ago, and heres what they had to say about protein:
"Extra Protein
Eating extra protein or amino acids will not help build extra muscle. The protein we eat is broken down into amino acids by the body and then used to help repair damaged muscle tissue. Extra protein calories are stored as fat."
