Throw up your progress pics!
Now I know we all put em up in bodyspace. I know alot of people hit these boards for the first time just for info. We also know alot of those firt timers go away and never come back. Let's make a thread to show em what they can accomplish if they stick it out. Stories are great, but the camera is really what make a lot of us push.

I was 305 in the first pic and 248 in the second pic. I got up to 315 but i don't have any decent pictures of myself at that body weight.
p.s. This is a no pump picture, I'm just getting ready for the gym in the last pic.

Took me some time, but that time was mostly due to trying to figure out, with trail and error, what was going to work with me. I carb cycled hardcore for about three weeks, which followed a three week keto trial and error. Now I combine the two. PM me if you want the details.
My routine was simple. Lift and run sprints. Lifting wise, I did more total body work, trying to incorporate front squats, set ups, good mornings, along with chest, back, and core work.

Dont know what I was in the first one (taken July 08). I didnt weight myself until about 6 months after that pic was taken and i was 246 lbs in Jan 09. Im guessing i was prob like 255-260. I was 197 in the last one. More progress pics on bodyspace. Congrats to all and keep going!!!

lifted weights 5-6 times a week(had a lot of free time in the summer), and just had my diet perfect. The first month I dropped about 20lbs, probably half of that was water. Second month 15, 3rd 15, 4th 10. I can definitely tell it's getting slower..
