Bigger Chest and Back in 2 Weeks? BS?
I recently read this article by Chad Waterbury claiming his clients were seeing a two inch increase on their chest and a significant increase in back width. He states in three weeks many start seeing these results. I'm a little skeptical about this three week program, but coming from someone as reputable as Waterbury, I am tempted to give it a try. What do you guys think of this program? Do you think the results are BS?

i can understand how it would work for beginners/intermidiate level but most likely not for advanced body builders who's muscles need more stimulation then just pushups/pullups.

Its more geared towards beginners because they will notice the quick noob gains prior to their first plateau. For experienced bbers this isn't applicable.

Its possible especially for individuals who are beginners or who've been neglecting certain exercises. The stimulus of a new exercise can really bring out some insane growth. I experienced this when I started doing pull-ups and ATG squats. I can believe the claims of a few inches especially on a chest/back specialisation program. Nail a new chest stimuli and a new back one and 2 inches in 2 weeks isn't going to be so far fetched.
