gyno with chest muscle
iight, does anyone here have gyno (from puberty with the tender nipples that feel like rocks) along with good chest muscle? i haven't seen many pictures of this. you can see my stats- i am a little scrawny bitch, but i have gyno and it sucks the kick. i have gotten mixed answers:
-some say if you work out, the chest muscle will hide the gyno and you will look normal
-some say if you work out, the chest muscle pushes the gyno out further and looks worse
i have been pretty much staying away from chest workouts because i am afraid of the 2nd one, but if you all can show some pics of gyno/chest muscle that would be perfect so i can make my decision easier.
thanks
edit: BTW, i will rep anyone that posts a legit picture of chest muscle with gyno

Work out your chest. It won't make it worse. Maybe when you get older you can get it removed, or it may go away with time.
There are "supplements" that can get rid of it. Look into it.

I'd rather have a chest with gyno that gyno without a chest.
Do it. Chest workouts...

yeah i have looked into supplements. im iffy on those cause some are really expensive and i am thinking i should just wait until i am on my own (16 years old) and have the money to buy them and it will give me time to research it more and maybe something big will come out in that time period.
im definitely going to get surgery when i am out of college when i have the money if it doesn't go away by then. but the biggest thing for me is just somehow covering it up in the mean time so i can do stuff like go to the beach or the pool and not worry about people staring or making fun of it.

I've got a little bit of gyno, doesn't cause too many problems. Definitely didn't make any difference gaining muscle on my chest either.

A good friend of mine has it. Always had it. We made fun of him all the time. He gets pussy like nobody else I know. It's not a big deal.
And I was referring to a type of steroid, but you're too young for that.

I know when I was in my young teens I got the "little rocks" behind my nipples and I had no idea what it was. I didn't know what gyno was, I just assumed it was part of puberty so I didn't question it. And I'd say probably a year to 2 years later, I just noticed it went away on its own. So dont freak out and just give it some time. It should go away on it's own...and if it doesn't then some time down the road look up alternative ways to get rid of it. But just give it some time.

gyno is gynecomastia. it is terrible. you can get it many different ways and some people's are different than others. you can get it through puberty. i read that something like 60-70% of kids get it going through puberty. most kids i know lost it after 3-6 months, but i have had mine for over 2 years. the "experts" say that 90% of kids that get it from puberty lose it within 3 years naturally. and if you have it for longer than 3 years, you are more than likely going to have it for life.
what it is, is you get these this gland type fat, i guess you can say under your nipple and it makes the nipple very tender. some people only get it in one nipple, some get it in both (i have it in both, but it is worse in my right one than my left). it makes your nipple stick out, so it looks like you have tits and it is as embarrassing as anything. some people have it where it sticks out further.
here are some pictures:
a lot of over weight people have it to where it is just fat around the nipple that makes you have man boobs. you can get lipo to remove it in that case. but skinny kids like me, can get it as well (last pic is pretty close to what i have, except he seems to have more fat than i do). surgery costs $4,000 or more from what i have researched if you are in America because Insurance won't pay for it.
im just hoping i can lose it within these last 6-8 months or so, before the 3 year period is up. at the worst case senario i want to be able to hide it maybe with chest muscle so i look normal then eventually i can get surgery when i am older and have the money.
