Geared towards mass. I'm 5'11 120lbs, so I can assure you I didn't skimp when it came to the mass part of the workout. It has all the basic compounds you need, and the few isolations to truly work your full body. I'm no expert, but I've done my research. This is really all you need along with 500-1000 extra calories a day on top of your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) to gain a solid five pounds a month at least. Unless you're a beginner like me, who gained 4lbs in his first week but had to delay my bulk due to a broken elbow.Road from 120 to 160 REFURBISHED (pics)

Just make sure you get all the big, compound lifts in for mass. Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, BB Row, and Military Press. Chins and Dips are supposed to be ultra helpful too. Add whatever isolations you like specific to your bodies needs as with 3 years lift experience it seems you'd be able to do so without overworking yourself.
